A seated class designed for all body mobilisations and postures to help core strength, joint movements and balance, which includes some standing postures. The sessions include calming and uplifting breath work, to increase energy and relieve stress.
To participate in this class you need enough mobility to walk, sit and stand by yourself and if you do need one-to-one assistance, please could you bring a helper.

Mondays 10:00 – 11:15
