Mother & Baby Yoga classes offer relaxing and rejuvenating sessions especially designed for post-partum mummies and their new babies.
Our aim is always to guide and help you adjust your exercise routine to include your new baby and grow in confidence as you exercise together.
The classes last around an hour and involve gentle yoga stretches and postures to aid recovery post birth, to increase flexibility and stamina and to restore integrity to the spine, the core and the pelvic floor and always at a pace that suits you and your baby.
