Hot Yoga is a challenging session including a series of 26 postures practised in a hot room.
Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments and joints increasing physical tone and improving concentration and self-control, leading to mental clarity and relief from stress.
Classes are challenging but suitable for mixed abilities. However we ask all new participants to read and agree to our Hot Yoga registration form available for download here (Hot Yoga form pdf link). We ask that you sign the form and please bring this with you on your first session, along with a water bottle to stay hydrated!
