Session
One - 10.00-12.00 - Intro to Ashtanga Yoga with Caroline Salter
(BWY). A challenging series that dynamically flows from one
posture to the next, linked together by the breath-movement
synchronisation of vinyasa. This is an aerobic workout that
increases upper body strength and flexibilty in a short period
of time.
Session Two - 14.00-16.00 - Intro to the HOT 26 Postures with
Jacqui Jones (BWY). Performed in a studio heated to 90°F.
Yorkshire Yoga’s user-friendly version of Hot Yoga for
beginners has been inspired by the many teachers who studied
with Yogendra Bishnu Ghosh. Each posture stretches and strenghtens
specific muscles, ligaments and joints, stimulating the organs,
glands and nerves to move fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of
the body.
