The British Wheel of Yoga Foundation
Course focuses on basic practical techniques and personal
development, taught in the context of the philosophy that
underpins Yoga. The 60-hour course is for yoga students
who have a minimum of two years' yoga class experience
with a suitably qualified yoga teacher. Although the course
is
a helpful precursor to the BWY teacher training diploma
course, the foundation course is also for students who
simply desire to study yoga more seriously without any
intention of becoming a teacher. A BWY foundation course
certificate will be given for 80-100% attendance. Please
