Yoga for Pregnancy are sessions specifically addressing
mums-to-be. Stretching whilst strengthening helps
to release the pelvic opening in preparation for childbirth.
Toning the pelvic floor allows for a more controlled
birthing, lessens complications and enhances postnatal
recovery. Breath work and relaxation techniques are
practised in preparation for labour. Flexibility and
calm ease the birthing process, thus reducing pain
and increasing the joy of giving birth. BWY teacher
has ompleted advanced training with the Wheel's Yoga
for Pregnancy course. The class is usually packed
to maximum with people who have booked up to their
due date. There is a waiting list for the next available
place(s) which should come up within a month or so
of your pre-registration. Download Yoga
for Pregnancy registration form. Classes run at
7pm on Wednesdays during term time.
